Staff Announcements

Trish Harrison is taking Long Service Leave for all of Term 2 from 4FH. Her replacement with be Margie Moore. Maria Bourdos joins us as a Teacher’s Aide for the rest of the year and Di Matsinos will be on Long Service Leave from Friday 6th April for 5 weeks and will be replaced in the office by  Tarnya Crawshaw.

Invitation to all Parents

Open Classroom Information Evening 6.00 – 7.00pm this Thursday,  5th April in Mercy Hall, presented by Rob Unsworth – Principal. 

ANZAC Service @ School

ANZAC Service at School is on Friday, 13th April at 12.40pm in the Mercy Hall. Everyone is welcome. Our special guest from Royal Australian Army, Warrant Officer Dave Alan will be speaking to the children.

ANZAC Day March – April 25th.

The school will be participating in the annual ANZAC March in Albury on the Wednesday, 25th April. Students are asked to gather in Macauley St, from 8.30am, in FULL SUMMER UNIFORM. If it is a cold morning they may wear a formal jumper over their uniform. The March will proceed down Dean St and turn into Townsend Street. Parents are asked to collect their children promptly at the conclusion of the March. Our older students in attendance along with the teachers will provide support for the younger members of the school who attend. If children are wearing medals they must only be worn on the right breast.

School Holiday Closure

School will close on Friday 13th April at 3.10pm and reopen for students on Tuesday 1st May. 

Kindergarten 2019

 

We are now taking enrolments for Kindergarten 2019. Please contact the school for an enrolment form and return it as soon as possible.

 

 

Mwangaza Children’s Choir from Uganda This Friday 6th April

St. Pat’s children will have the opportunity to share their lunch, have some play time and then experience the joy and pleasure of listening to the children from the Mwangaza Children’s Choir from Uganda. Parents and friends are welcome to come and join the children at 2.10pm for the concert in the Mercy Hall. The choir will also be performing in St Patrick’s Hall on Friday Night from 7.00pm. Gold coin donation gratefully received.

Beyblades and Spinning Toys are banned from use at school. Please ensure your child does not bring these into school.
