Principal’s Message

Dear Parents

I hope that you all enjoyed your long weekend.

Host and ChaliceTonight the Year 3 students will be attending Reconciliation at 7pm in St. Patrick’s Church in preparation for receiving the Eucharist for the first time on Sunday. This special Mass will start at 11.30am in St Patrick’s Church. The students have all received information with details about the day. There are no seats reserved for families, only for the Year 3 students, so once you get to the Church feel free to find a seat that does not have a reserved sign on it. Please continue to pray for the Year 3 students, their parents and teachers as they finalise their preparation.

A reminder that parent teacher interviews will be held on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th June. The online booking system (SOBS) will open at 6am on Monday 19th June for parents to book a suitable time. This is accessed through the school website www.spaww.catholic.edu.au

Please remember the Resilience Project next week. The team will be working with the students on Tuesday 20th June and there will be a parent session on Tuesday evening from 7.00-8.30. The parent session is for parents from Holy Spirit, St Anne’s and St Patrick’s. We look forward to working with the Resilience Team, and to catching up with you at the parent evening.

Reports for Semester 1 will be going home on Wednesday 21st June. Please keep your eye out for these in the school bags.

Congratulations to the Division 1 boys who are playing in the final of the Paul Kelly Cup this evening at the Lavington Sports Oval starting at 5.30pm. We wish you all the best for a great game.

This Friday, Marg Moore, Jane Fawcett, Tony Brooks, Lea Allibon and myself will be in Wagga for the day working on the Annual Improvement Plan.
